A website on a few things about me and my research.

About me

Hey and welcome to my website!

I hold a PhD in Economics from the Aix-Marseille School of Economics (AMSE), and am currently Lecturer in Econometrics and Research Methodology at both undergraduate and graduate levels at the Department of Economics of Ecole Normale SupĂ©rieure (ENS) de Lyon and Research Fellow at the Center for Economic Research on Governance, Inequality and Conflict (CERGIC – ENS Lyon) since September 2022.

I’m on the academic job market this year, so I’d be more than happy to discuss potential research and teaching opportunities.

My PhD thesis, titled ‘Bayesian econometric methods for income distribution and inequality analysis with limited data’, focuses on the development of empirical methods for the analysis of income distribution and income inequality in typical settings where data on a population’s incomes are only available in the form of summary statistics (as opposed to microdata) and/or limited by high-income under-reporting or ‘missing rich’ issues more broadly.

In a broader sense, my main research interests are:

  • Econometrics.
  • Bayesian inference.
  • Income distribution, inequality, and poverty analysis.
  • Statistical Learning.
